Die Medilas AG ist eines der führenden Schweizer Handelsfirmen im Bereich Medizintechnik für die Augenchirurgie und Augendiagnostik. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Absprache für unseren Standort in Schlieren eine(n) Mitarbeiter(in) als Finance Managerin/Finance Manager.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Verantwortung für das gesamte Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse) gegenüber der GL sowie VR (AddLife)
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Buchführung, Abschlüsse und Controlling-Reportings
  • Steuererklärungen und Lohnbuchhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Verantwortung für Versicherungswesen, Audits sowie Mehrwertsteuer
  • Leitung der Finanzplanung, Liquiditätssteuerung, Budgetierung und Kapitalinvestitionen
  • Verantwortung für HR-Administration, IT-Themen und Office Management
  • Projektleitung für das ERP-Upgrade von Navision auf Business Central
  • Sparring-Partner und betriebswirtschaftliche Unterstützung des CEOs
  • Führungsverantwortung für eine Mitarbeiterin

Ihr Profil:

  • Freude an der Medizin und interdisziplinärer Verantwortung (Finance, IT, HR, usw.)
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Finance / Accounting mit Berufserfahrung
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Herangehensweise
  • Hands-on Mentalität
