Finance Transformation Manager

Zurich (Hybrid), CHF per hour

3 month contract and convertsion to permanent FTE

We're working with a well-known Telecoms business in Zurich who are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join on a trial-and-hire contract basis due to increased workload. This is a hands-on role leading end-to-end finance transformation initiatives with strong potential for extension and/or conversion to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading full lifecycle finance transformation projects from target operating model design through to implementation
  • Analysing and optimising core finance processes such as Plan-to-Perform and Record-to-Report
  • Acting as the key liaison between Finance, the wider business, and external vendors
  • Driving change management and delivering training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years' experience delivering finance transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of finance operating models, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Solid project management background using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 and financial planning & analytics systems

Fluent English is mandatory, German is highly beneficial
