Role Overview

Lead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation initiatives from designing target operating models to full-scale implementation ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Minimum of five years' experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership:
    Drive large-scale finance transformation projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources to achieve defined outcomes.
  • Process Optimization:
    Assess current financial processes (e.g., Plan-to-Perform, Record-to-Report), identify inefficiencies, and design future-state workflows leveraging best practices and advanced technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Serve as the primary interface between Finance, cross-functional business units, and external vendors, ensuring alignment, transparency, and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Change Management & Training:
    Develop and implement change strategies to support adoption of new systems and processes, including creating training materials and delivering sessions for finance teams.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
    Ability to translate finance strategy into actionable project plans, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Finance Expertise:
    Comprehensive understanding of finance operating models, accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced Project Management:
    Proven experience managing enterprise-wide projects using methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, supported by formal PM tools.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    Hands-on experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP S/4, FP&A tools) and familiarity with emerging technologies like predictive analytics, AI, and data visualization.
  • Exceptional Communication:
    Skilled in conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences and influencing decisions across all organizational levels.
