Für den Bereich Filling Line / Lyophilisation innerhalb des Departements Produktion suchen wir eine:n

Pharmafachmitarbeiter:in Sterilabfüllung - Nachtschicht

Zur Bewältigung geplanter Kapazitätssteigerungen wird derzeit eine dauerhafte Nachtschicht (Montag bis Freitag, 23:00–05:00 Uhr) aufgebaut, an deren Entwicklung und Etablierung Sie aktiv mitwirken werden. Der Start dieser Nachtschicht erfolgt nach einer fundierten Einarbeitungsphase von ca. 12 Monaten im bestehenden Schichtmodell (2-Schichtbetrieb, Montag bis Sonntag, 05:00–23:00 Uhr).

In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an den Gruppenleiter der Nachtschicht.

In Ihrer Rolle als Pharmafachmitarbeiter:in sind Sie ein unverzichtbarer Teil unseres Produktionsteams der Dauernachtschicht und tragen aktiv zur Herstellung lebenswichtiger steriler Arzneimittel bei.

Ihre Aufgaben sind vielseitig, verantwortungsvoll und technisch anspruchsvoll:

  • Arbeiten im Reinraum: Sie agieren in einem hochkontrollierten Umfeld und sorgen für die sterile Abfüllung unserer Arzneimittel unter Einhaltung strengster Hygienevorgaben.
  • Bedienen und Überwachen Produktionsanlagen: Sie steuern automatisierte Prozesse, führen Formatwechsel durch und stellen sicher, dass alle Abläufe effizient und sicher verlaufen.
  • Sie bereiten das benötigte Material und Equipment sorgfältig vor.
  • GMP-konformes Arbeiten: Sie achten konsequent auf die Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitätsstandards und Hygienevorschriften nach GMP.
  • Sie führen regelmässige Kontrollen durch und dokumentieren alle Produktionsschritte präzise und nachvollziehbar.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für Reinigung der Produktionsanlagen und Reinräume.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Wartung der Produktionsanlagen und tragen zur langfristigen Betriebssicherheit bei.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen: Sie unterstützen den Gruppenleiter bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen im Bereich aseptische Abfüllung - mit dem Ziel, Effizienz und Qualität kontinuierlich zu steigern.

Darüber hinaus bringen Sie Folgendes mit:

  • Bereitschaft zur Dauernachtarbeit
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittel-, Pharma- oder technischen Bereich
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld - Sie kennen die Abläufe in einem GMP-regulierten Betrieb und wissen, worauf es bei der Herstellung sensibler Produkte ankommt.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit - Sie arbeiten strukturiert, behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und handeln stets qualitätsbewusst.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative – Sie bringen sich aktiv ins Team ein, kommunizieren offen und tragen mit Ihrem Engagement zu einem positiven Arbeitsklima bei.
  • Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft - Sie passen sich wechselnden Anforderungen an und sind offen für neue Prozesse und Technologien.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
    Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC - Sie nutzen digitale Systeme routiniert im Produktionsalltag.
