Wir suchen einen detailorientierten und analytischen Terminplaner (m/w/d) für unser Life Sciences Team in Basel. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung von Projektzeitplänen verantwortlich, um die erfolgreiche Durchführung komplexer Life Sciences-Projekte sicherzustellen.

• Entwickeln und pflegen Sie umfassende Projektpläne unter Verwendung fortschrittlicher Projektmanagementsoftware
• Arbeiten Sie mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um Projektanforderungen zu erfassen und den Projektumfang zu definieren.
• Identifizieren Sie kritische Pfadaktivitäten und potenzielle Engpässe in den Projektzeitplänen
• Führen Sie die Ressourcenzuweisung und -optimierung durch, um die Effizienz zu maximieren
• Führen Sie regelmäßige Aktualisierungen des Zeitplans durch und informieren Sie die Beteiligten über den Fortschritt
• Analysieren Sie Projektrisiken und entwickeln Sie Strategien zur Risikominderung
• Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards, um einen Überblick über den Projektstatus und die wichtigsten Metriken zu erhalten
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektbudgets und Kostenschätzungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Branchenvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Planungsprozesse und -methoden

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Biowissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektplanung und -terminierung, vorzugsweise in der Biowissenschaftsbranche
• Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Software wie Microsoft Project oder Oracle Primavera
• Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse für Datenanalyse und Berichterstattung
• Erfahrung mit Tools und Techniken für das Ressourcenmanagement
• Gute Kenntnisse der Risikobewertung und der Strategien zur Risikominderung
• Vertrautheit mit den Prozessen der Life Sciences-Branche, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) und FDA-Richtlinien
• Ausgezeichnete analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
• Ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu verwalten
• Effektive Kommunikation und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
• Eine Zertifizierung als Project Management Professional (PMP) ist von Vorteil
• Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind eine Voraussetzung
