Deine Rolle in kürze:

Du hast ein Faible für moderne Datenarchitekturen, führst gerne technische Diskussionen an und willst Projekte nicht nur umsetzen, sondern aktiv gestalten? Als Tech Lead übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für Kundenlösungen auf Azure & Microsoft Fabric – von der Architektur über die Umsetzung bis zur Presales-Begleitung. Du bist Mentor:in, Macher:in und Möglichmacher:in in einer Rolle.

Deine möglichen neuen Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst durchdachte Datenarchitekturen auf Microsoft Azure & Fabric – robust, skalierbar, cloudnative
  • Du übernimmst technische Verantwortung in Projekten und leitest Teams fachlich an
  • Infrastruktur, Security, Governance – du denkst mit, planst voraus und setzt um
  • Du bringst dein Know-how aktiv in Presales, Demos und Workshops ein
  • Du bist erste technische Ansprechperson für Kund:innen – und Sparringspartner:in für dein Team
  • Du teilst Wissen, coachst Juniors und prägst unsere Engineering-Standards

Mit was du uns begeisterst

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Solution Architecture oder Data Engineering, idealerweise im Consulting-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Azure Kontext (z.B. Azure Landing Zones, CAF, Fabric, Data Factory, Databricks, DevOps, AI Foundry, ML Studio)
  • Erfahrung mit der Implementierung von Microsoft Fabric als End2End-Lösung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL, Python und gängigen Datenverarbeitungstools
  • Architektur- und Infrastrukturverständnis (CI/CD, IaC, Azure Security)
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
  • Proaktive, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit echter Begeisterung für Beratung und nachhaltige Lösungen
