En tant que
Program Manager - Transformation RH
chez Ivy Partners, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Construire et piloter la feuille de route de transformation et son modèle de gouvernance.

  • Implanter et soutenir les équipes dans l'adoption de la méthodologie OKR.

  • Assurer une définition claire des projets, incluant propriétaire, périmètre, jalons et critères de succès.

  • Coordonner les départements RH, IT, Finance, Digital et Opérations autour d'une structure commune.

  • Suivre le progrès des projets, ainsi que les risques, ressources et interdépendances.

  • Fournir un support méthodologique aux chefs de projets, y compris des outils et des modèles.

À propos de vous

Vous êtes notre candidat(e) idéal(e) si :

  • Vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de programmes ou de portefeuilles d'initiatives dans des organisations complexes.

  • Vous possédez une expérience significative dans le secteur des services publics, de l'industrie ou des organisations multisites en Suisse.

  • Vous avez une forte capacité à gérer des projets de transformation tels que la gouvernance, la réorganisation et les changements de culture.

  • Vous détenez éventuellement des certifications telles que PgMP, MSP, SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-PfMP, PMP, une certification OKR ou une formation en gestion du changement PROSCI.

  • Vous maîtrisez le français et la connaissance de l'allemand est un plus.

  • Vous êtes mobile sur les cantons de Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Valais.
