The Global Digital Growth Manager

Global Head of Commercial Excellence.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Oversee corporate website creation and maintenance across 10+ languages. Ensure effective lead generation for sales teams.
- Keep software up to date and compliant with regulations.
- Lead social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement on various platforms.
- Maximize Pardot to automate marketing processes, streamline operations, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Understand and map out the customer journey specific to the dental industry, identifying key touchpoints for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales team to refine processes based on digital campaign insights and customer feedback.
- Work with internal stakeholders to optimize communication and processes.
- Analyze marketing performance using KPIs.
- Drive groundbreaking social media and marketing programs in healthcare spaces. Ensure campaigns meet objectives and branding guidelines.

**Essential Qualifications**
- Experience living the start-up to scale-up journey is essential.
- Advanced Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, marketing automation, and graphic design software.
- Excellent understanding of the sales process and customer journey in relation to digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms to optimize engagement.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex digital strategies into actionable plans.
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English required. French and other language a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
