Our gallery in Zurich showcases a curated selection of timeless furniture, perfect for any design lover. In our offices in Lausanne, we help interior designers partner with talented and renowned craftsmen to elevate their high-end projects. We collaborate with the best workshops globally to serve the Swiss market with hand-made and lasting designs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder and Director of Business Development based in Zurich, ON. The role involves leading business growth strategies, exploring new market opportunities, developing partnerships with craftsmen and interior designers, and overseeing the sales team. The individual will also actively participate in the strategic planning process, identifying business development opportunities, and ensuring the successful launch and sustainability of new projects. Additionally, they will manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain partnerships with craftsmen and interior designers
  • Leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams and driving growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for interior design and a keen eye for craftsmanship
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Fluency in English and preferably other languages relevant to the Swiss market
  • Experience in the luxury or high-end design market is a plus
