**Key responsibilities** In this position, you will play a central role in day-to-day HR administration, with a particular focus on leavers: * Preparing employment references and confirmation letters (approximately 100 documents in German and English) * Providing administrative support throughout the offboarding process * Maintaining and updating leaver information in the timekeeping system * **Working closely with HR, line management and internal stakeholders** * Ensuring all processes are handled accurately, on time and to a high linguistic standard
