For an internationally active organisation, we are looking for an experienced, resilient HR Assistant to provide temporary support to the HR function with immediate effect. This is a fixed-term assignment for 3--4 months and is ideally suited to HR professionals who work in a structured manner, are confident writers in both languages, and can keep a clear overview even when handling a high volume of work. The preferred base is Zurich, though Basel is also possible. Home working can be arranged flexibly depending on the task and project phase. Occasional on-site visits to Basel should be expected. **Key responsibilities** In this position, you will play a central role in day-to-day HR administration, with a particular focus on leavers: * Preparing employment references and confirmation letters (approximately 100 documents in German and English) * Providing administrative support throughout the offboarding process * Maintaining and updating leaver information in the timekeeping system * **Working closely with HR, line management and internal stakeholders** * Ensuring all processes are handled accurately, on time and to a high linguistic standard
