IT Migration Assistant

Our client, an international organization based in Geneva, is looking for a Migration Assistant to support a large-scale Enterprise Collaboration and Content Management Project.
The person selected will work closely with the project team and internal departments to ensure that digital content is properly prepared, migrated and validated according to quality standards.
Responsibilities

Participate in meetings and workshops on migration planning and progress.

Support departments in preparing their files for migration (clean-up, reorganization, issue resolution).

Map source content to new digital structures.

Conduct quality checks after migration and follow up on any issues.

Provide general support to the project team as needed.
Profile

Completion of secondary education (a qualification in records/information management or IT is an asset).

At least two years of relevant experience in digital records management, content migration or enterprise content systems.

Familiarity with M365/SharePoint Online is a plus.

Fluent English (French strongly desirable).

Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and discretion.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Benefits
Gross hourly rate : CHF 32.38
This assignment is expected to run throughout the entire year 2026.
