Dans le cadre de la modernisation et de l'optimisation de l'infrastructure IT d'un Family Office basé à Genève, nus recherchons un consultant indépendant capable d'intervenir sur appel et de manière ponctuelle selon les besoins de la structure.
Objectifs de la mission

Le consultant aura pour rôle d'assurer le bon fonctionnement, la sécurisation et l'automatisation de l'ensemble de l'écosystème IT, au sein d'un environnement majoritairement Apple (Mac, iPhone, iPad) et utilisant Swisscom pour la téléphonie.

Maintenance et optimisation IT

Supervision globale des systèmes informatiques (serveurs, messagerie, sécurité).

Diagnostic de l'infrastructure réseau et des sauvegardes.

Propositions d'optimisation pour fiabiliser et automatiser les processus IT.

Migration du serveur AWS vers Genève

Analyse de la configuration actuelle.

Migration sécurisée vers une solution locale (serveur physique ou hébergeur genevois).

Sécurisation et automatisation des sauvegardes et mises à jour.

Téléphonie centralisée et automatisée

Étude et mise en place d'une solution VoIP moderne et compatible avec Swisscom et l'environnement Apple.

Simplification de la gestion des lignes fixes et mobiles.

Maintenance et support sur appel

Intervention initiale de 2 à 3 jours sur site pour l'audit et la mise en place.

Maintenance préventive possible à distance (½ journée par mois).

Disponibilité sur appel en cas d'incident critique ou d'évolution des besoins.

Profil recherché

Consultant IT indépendant basé en Suisse (Genève de préférence).

Compétences avérées en :

Migration de serveurs AWS local.

Environnements Apple (macOS, iOS).

Solutions Swisscom / VoIP.

Sécurisation et automatisation des infrastructures.

Esprit autonome, réactif et orienté solutions.

Planning estimatif

Audit et mise en place initiale : décembre semaine sur site).

Maintenance et interventions ponctuelles : dès janvier 2026, sur appel.
