Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons aujourd'hui le/la futur(e) :

IT Infrastructure, Support & Security Manager

Vous pilotez le pôle Infrastructure / Sécurité / Support de la marque, couvrant nos bureaux, datacenters et magasins dans le monde. Vous garantissez la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité du système d'information, encadrez l'équipe IT Infra, Sécurité & Support, coordonnez l'activité opérationnelle et collaborez avec les équipes Sécurité de notre actionnaire basé aux États-Unis

Votre mission :

  • Manager l'équipe Infrastructure/ Sécurité / Support (RH, coordination, suivi hebdomadaire, bonnes pratiques) ;
  • Superviser la maintenance et l'évolution de l'infrastructure : serveurs, réseau, stockage, sauvegardes et sécurité ;
  • Être le référent Sécurité IT pour Vilebrequin et collaborer avec les équipes du groupe (USA) ;
  • Structurer et suivre la gestion des incidents et des demandes ; garantir la priorisation et le respect des SLA ;
  • Mettre à jour et standardiser les procédures IT (DRP, policies, standards) ;
  • Piloter les prestataires et contribuer aux décisions techniques ;
  • Travailler en binôme avec l'IT Infrastructure, Network & System Engineer (serveurs, réseaux, sécurité, sauvegardes, MDM, support N2/N3, projets).

Profil recherché & compétences :

  • Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur en informatique ou titulaire d'un diplôme équivalent, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de management ;
  • Certifications appréciées : ITIL, Microsoft, Linux, VMware, Cisco, sécurité (ISO 27001, CISSP ou équivalent) ;
  • Maîtrise globale des environnements serveurs, réseaux, sécurité, sauvegardes et cloud ;
  • Maîtrise des outils de sécurité, de monitoring, du DRP/BCP et du support escaladé ;
  • Expérience dans le pilotage de projets IT et la coordination d'intervenants externes ;
  • Excellente communication, leadership, capacité de décision et sens du service ;
  • Esprit de synthèse, force de proposition et orientation amélioration continue ;
  • Français et anglais courants.
