Requirements Must have: - Certification Microsoft MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) impératif - Formation en informatique (CFC, diplôme ES ou équivalent) - Expérience confirmée en administration réseau et support IT - Maîtrise des environnements Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) - Connaissance des produits Swisscom PME (cloud, téléphonie, solution réseau) est un atout - Expérience en support IT et administration de systèmes - Connaissances en sécurité réseau, VPN, VLAN, pare-feu - Maîtrise de l'anglais - Permis de conduire indispensable - Autonomie, sens du service, capacité à gérer les priorités Responsibilities: - Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements réseaux et systèmes (serveurs, réseaux, firewalls, postes de travail) - Assurer le support technique de niveau 2 et 3 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques - Participer à des projets d'évolution ou de migration d'infrastructure - Conseiller les clients sur les bonnes pratiques IT et sécurité Company: Localisation : Suisse Romande – principalement Genève et canton de Vaud Type de contrat : CDI / Temps plein Mobilité : Poste itinérant avec déplacements réguliers chez nos clients Ce que nous vous offrons : - Un environnement stimulant et varié, au contact direct des clients - Une équipe dynamique et bienveillante - Des formations continues et des perspectives d'évolution - Un véhicule de fonction et des outils modernes pour faciliter vos interventions
