Das Unternehmen ist langfristig orientiert, inhabergeführt und im professionellen Vermögensverwaltungsumfeld tätig. Gesucht wird keine klassische Trading-Rolle, sondern eine Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Erfahrung im Handel, in der Abwicklung und im operativen Management eines breiten Fondsuniversums.

Diese Position richtet sich an Spezialist:innen, die den gesamten Lifecycle von Fondsprodukten verstehen – von klassischen Anlagefonds bis hin zu alternativen Investments – und ihre Expertise in einem stabilen, qualitativ geprägten Umfeld einbringen möchten.

Fund Trading and Operations Specialist
Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den Handel und die Abwicklung des gesamten Fondsuniversums
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Verbuchung und Abwicklung fondsbezogener Transaktionen
  • Koordination, Initialisierung und Überwachung interner sowie externer Titellieferungen
  • Durchführung und Kontrolle von Corporate Actions im Fonds- und Wertschriftenumfeld
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance und externen Partnern
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
  • Mitarbeit an System- und Prozessanpassungen, insbesondere im Avaloq-Umfeld
  • Fachliche Unterstützung bei Spezial- und Sonderthemen rund um Fonds und alternative Anlagen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung im Bankenumfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 3–5 Jahre oder mehr) im Fondstrading und/oder in der Fondsabwicklung
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Fondsarten (klassisch & alternativ)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Wertschriften- und Fondsadministration
  • Erfahrung mit Bankensystemen, idealerweise Avaloq
  • Hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und IT-nahen Fragestellungen
  • Selbständige, präzise und effiziente Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis
  • Persönlich überzeugend durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Integrität und Belastbarkeit
