We are looking for a professional with fund controlling competencies, together with ability to implement tech solutions for a Private Equity firm.
About The Role
- Build and maintain advanced financial models and client reporting tools
- Enhance forecasting models to support cash-flow planning
- Develop automation solutions using Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Platform) and other systems
- Improve data flows and integration between internal systems and external providers
- Oversee daily operations across multiple funds, including capital calls, distributions, and stakeholder communication
- Manage liquidity, cash movements, and credit facilities together with administrators and banking partners
- Prepare and review quarterly/annual financial statements and capital account statements
- Support valuation processes, update valuation models, and prepare materials for review committees
About The Candidate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong technical skills (Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL); experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
- Proven experience building complex financial models and automation solutions
- 2–4 years of experience in fund accounting, reporting, or operations, ideally with exposure to private equity
- Understanding of private equity fund structures and partnership accounting
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Fluency in English. German fluency preferred.
