Après une formation complète, vous prendrez en charge un secteur client déjà établi comprenant des restaurants, des hôtels et des établissements de soins, et vous proposerez des solutions personnalisées de nettoyage et d'hygiène adaptées aux besoins de notre clientèle.
Tâches
- Inspection, maintenance, diagnostic et installation de la technologie de dosage Ecolab chez nos clients
- Documentation des visites de service dans l'outil de rapport Ecolab
- Gestion autonome du secteur à l'aide de notre programme interne
- Développement du portefeuille clients, notamment hôtels, EMS, établissements de restauration, institutions publiques et hôpitaux
- Analyse approfondie du marché et de la concurrence
- Préparation et mise en œuvre des lancements de produits
- Formation de notre clientèle à l'utilisation des produits et à la sécurité au travail
- Service de garde les week-ends et jours fériés (en alternance avec d'autres techniciens de service et Territory Managers en Suisse)
- Gestion du pipeline de ventes dans Salesforce
Qualifications
- Au moins une année d'expérience dans la vente itinérante
- Disponibilité pour assurer des gardes en dehors des horaires de travail habituels et le week-end
- Permis de conduire valide
- Permis de travail en règle pour la Suisse
Qualifications Préférées
- Expérience dans la vente B2B
- Expérience dans les domaines de la restauration, blanchisserie, housekeeping, hôtellerie et/ou piscine et spa
- Expérience dans la résolution de problèmes mécaniques
