**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of RETAIL ACTIVATION

**Reports to**:Retail Activation Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- As part of Swiss Retail Activation department’s mission, manage the development, implementation and maintenance of new long-term incentive programs including internal stakeholders’ engagement, vendor management and technology set-up.
- Support the development and implementation of an effective communications strategy in line with BAT education program to raise awareness about DBI (Data Base Incentive Programs) amongst B2B Partners.
- Establish and lead DBI related KPI’s performance reviews.
- Support the preparation and delivery of DBI related data to be included in reporting materials of relevant brand performance reviews.
- Elaborate a DBI concept balancing investment and value delivering quality trials.
- Make sure that the management of DBI is centered around simplicity in terms of digital integration, retailer performance management and pay-out.
- Proactively monitor external and internal markets, identify trends and best practices in incentive programs.
- Establish a strong working relationship with Key Accounts Management and Area Brands to be always up to date in terms of respective contractual framework, POS platform status and capabilities as well as Brands’ targets.
- Work closely together with other team members to deliver best-in-class plans and executions across all retail platforms and touchpoints.
- Oversee and manage the different retail projects in scope

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelors or master’s degree with a focus on Marketing
- Min. 3-5 years of experience ideally in Trade Marketing / Customer Activation incl. experience with Incentives’ programs
- Proficient English and/or French and/or German
- Project management experience and working with global teams across the matrix
- First class analytical, interpersonal, communication (oral & written), influencing, presentation skill
- Good ability to analyze situations, recommend solutions and action plans within organizational policy
- Challenge the status quo and do not fear conflict
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, PPT), experience in working with digital B2B / B2C solutions.
