Nous recherchons pour le service Transactions Processing un Forex Products specialist dont la mission sera de traiter toutes les opérations sur devises effectuées sur des comptes FX, NDF et métaux, en veillant à leur comptabilisation correcte auprès des différents centres de domiciliation de comptes (booking centres) situés en Suisse, en Europe, en Asie et en Amérique du Nord. La capacité de contribuer à l'optimisation continue des processus ainsi qu'à la qualité du service à la clientèle constituera un facteur de performance déterminant.

Your role
  • Assurer le traitement, le suivi, la confirmation, le règlement et la livraison d'opérations sur devises avec une qualité optimale.
  • Vérifier le statut des ordres dans plusieurs carnets des ordres ainsi que les confirmations de transaction et prendre les mesures adéquates.
  • Traiter ou remonter en temps voulu et par les moyens appropriés les demandes de renseignements.
  • Comprendre le déroulement de processus complexes, couvrant toute la chaîne de traitement des opérations, et les flux opérationnels (workflows) mis en place dans ce cadre.
  • Appliquer des méthodes de travail Agile et Lean.
  • Adopter et favoriser une démarche d'amélioration continue et réduire les risques à chaque étape du traitement des opérations.
  • Analyser et optimiser les processus existants en vue d'obtenir des gains de productivité.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de spécialistes de la division Operations pour définir et prioriser les améliorations requises.
  • Approfondir sa connaissance des normes et des pratiques en vigueur dans le domaine des opérations sur devises.
Your profile
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine des opérations bancaires.
  • Très bonne connaissance des processus propres au traitement des opérations sur devises ainsi qu'au contrôle des règlements et livraisons.
  • Respect des politiques et procédures en vigueur.
  • Rigueur et minutie exceptionnelles.
  • Excellent esprit d'analyse et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Solide esprit d'équipe et de collaboration.
  • Très bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office.
  • Maîtrise d'Avaloq: un atout.
  • Très bon niveau d'anglais, communication aisée à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Domicile en Suisse requis.
