Für unseren modernen Standort in St. Gallen suchen wir eine Responsible Person (RP) or RP Delegate. In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung einer einwandfreien Qualität aller von Vifor (International) Inc. (VIT) und Vifor Fresenius Medical Care Renal Pharma Ltd. (VFMCRP) hergestellten/vertriebenen Produkte und aller Produkte, die im Lohnauftrag hergestellt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachtechnisch verantwortliche Person (FvP, Responsible Person, RP) oder RP Delegate nach HMG (Heilmittelgesetz) in Zusammenhang mit der AMBV (Arzneimittel- Bewilligungsverordnung), bei Artikeln zur "Fachtechnisch verantwortliche Person".

  • Trägt die Verantwortung für die Qualität der hergestellten Arzneimittel und stellt die Einhaltung der heilmittelrechtlichen Bestimmungen sicher

  • Freigabe / Sperrung von Produktchargen

  • Sicherstellung, dass nur Produkte freigegeben werden, die den Spezifikationen und registrierten Vorgaben entsprechen

  • Bearbeitung von laufenden QS-Aufgaben der Produkte (Change Control Anträge, Abweichungen, Beanstandungen, Stabilitätsbelange)

  • Steuerung der QS-Aspekte bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte

  • Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Audits intern und extern

  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten der Qualitätssicherung

  • Führung von Mitarbeitern (optional)

Ihr Profil

Mindestanforderungen:

  • Ausbildung an einer Universität mit Abschluss in Pharmazie, Biochemie, Biologie oder Chemie

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung oder in der Herstellung von Pharmazeutika

  • Fähigkeit, Aufgaben ordnungsgemäss selbständig durchzuführen

  • Regularien-konformes und sehr genaues Arbeiten

  • Qualitätsbewusstes und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen

  • Durchsetzungsstark, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit

  • Gewohnt im Umgang mit elektronischen Datenbanken

  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Erweiterte Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung mit Inspektionsbehörden wie Swissmedic und FDA

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Analytik und mikrobiologische Kontrollen
