Als Visual Media Specialist bist du verantwortlich für die professionelle Gestaltung und Produktion unserer Print- und Digitalmedien. Mit deinem Blick für Ästhetik, Funktionalität und Corporate Design sorgst du dafür, dass Inhalte nicht nur sauber umgesetzt, sondern wirklich wirkungsvoll kommuniziert werden.

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN:
  • In deinem Verantwortungsbereich stellst du sicher, dass alle visuellen Medien markenkonform, klar strukturiert und hochwertig umgesetzt werden, von ersten Layouts bis zur finalen Produktion
  • Konzeption, Aufnahme und Postproduktion von Video-Content (Filmen, Schneiden, Nachbearbeitung) für digitale Kanäle
  • Gestaltung und Produktion verschiedenster Print- und Digitalformate (Flyer, Einladungen, Präsentationen, Whitepapers, Linkedin-Beiträge, Factsheets, Social-Media-Grafiken usw.)
  • Sicherstellung der konsequenten Anwendung von CI/CD, Typografie und Bildsprache
  • Optimierung von Lesbarkeit, Nutzerfreundlichkeit und visueller Konsistenz durch gezielten Einsatz von Farben, Grafiken und Polygrafie
  • Laufende Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Visual-Media-Standards sowie Evaluation neuer Tools und Trends
  • Unterstützung im Webpublishing nach Bedarf
DEINE SKILLS UND STÄRKEN:
  • Erfahrung in Grafikdesign, Mediamatik, Polygrafie oder visuellem Kommunikationsdesign
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Design- und Publishing-Tools
  • Ausgeprägtes Auge für Farben, Typografie, Bildsprache, Video und strukturierte Gestaltung
  • Fähigkeit, Projekte selbstständig zu planen, umzusetzen und Qualitäts-, Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben einzuhalten
  • Freude an Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus Marketing, HR, Sales und Product & Innovation
  • Kreative, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
