We are looking for a talent with a positive can-do attitude who is able to think "out of the box”. **What you will do** - Contribute to the management and coordination of Zurich’s social media campaigns, from planning to successfully publishing our content across our media channels. - Discuss and plan editorial calendars as part of the newsroom process with other teams and ensure ideal content distribution on our channels - Analyze social media data, and make recommendations in order to provide insight to senior management and to optimize content performance - Support other Group Communications priorities, including community management, content planning, creation and execution as well as our Employee Advocacy program. - Coordinate and build collaboration with social media and communication specialists from our regional teams around the world. **What you bring** - Actively engaged in further education, ideally studying Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline - Intention to start a career in Digital Communications or Marketing - A passion not only for communication but the strategy, tools and data behind it - Experience of working in Communications or Marketing especially Social Media in the past is an advantage - Strong sense of initiative - Good organizational and analytical skills. - Advanced social media knowledge and fluent on LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Meta - Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills and openness to explore other MS tools such as Sharepoint Online - Business fluent in English - A team-oriented talent and a strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and everchanging environment - Considering also the current travel restrictions, you must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract - At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at a university or a center of further education. **Additional Information** Zurich wants to attract the best talent and we acknowledge that talents might not always be available full-time.
