We are looking for an
experienced accounting and controlling professional
to manage the full financial lifecycle of our
computational aggregation business
. In this role, you will be responsible for converting data-center computing power into fiat revenues, ensuring full financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency across data center operations, liquidity partners, custodians, and data-center clients. You will oversee the allocation of hashrate, interaction with BTC mining pools, execution of mining rewards into exchanges and banks, financial controlling of all flows, and risk management around BTC price exposure, mining revenue hedging, FX conversion and settlement.

The role includes preparation and support of audited financial statements and clear reporting to internal/external stakeholders, including data-center partners, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. You will maintain internal controls, AML/KYC documentation, chain-of-custody records, and accounting integrity. Finally, you will contribute to treasury planning and financial process automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum
    4 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or audit
  • Big4
    or equivalent auditing background strongly preferred
  • Proven experience working with
    digital assets, BTC exchanges, mining pools, or digital asset accounting
  • Solid understanding of financial
    risk management
    (FX, asset pricing, derivatives a plus)
  • Familiarity with Swiss GAAP FER / OR accounting and financial reporting
  • Swiss citizenship (or equivalent status) with eligibility to serve as
    Verwaltungsrat (Board Member)
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and strong documentation discipline
  • Fluent in German and English
