For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Process Documentation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business process documentation into process flows (e.g., ticketing system flows into CRM and payment/accounting systems)
  • Maintain and update the Continuous Improvement application within the issue tracking tool
  • Capture and refine process improvement requirements
  • Follow up on change requests with relevant teams (CRM, ERP, payment systems, portals, etc.)
  • Develop operational workflows, process documentation, and procedures for key finance functions related to CRM, ERP, and data management systems
  • Support data management and analytics
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Finance Division
Qualifications:

Education (Required):

  • First-level university degree
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)

Experience (Required):

  • 7 to 10+ years of professional experience
  • Recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Experience in project documentation or process design
  • Experience in finance or accounting services is an asset

Languages:

  • Excellent command of English (required)
  • Good knowledge of French (preferred)
Skills and Competencies:

Required:

  • Proficiency in modern professional software, especially Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management/issue tracking tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
