HS ISO 45001 Global Implementation Manager
(m,w,d)

Project duration: 12 months with the option to extend
Location: Hinwil, Switzerland
Workload: 100%
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and integrate HS processes globally to one, to certify 5 of the sites in 2026 in the ISO 45001 standard
- Understand the context of the organization including internal and external factors affecting OH&S
- Align the OH&S management system with organizational goals and other standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Facilitate top management commitment and leadership involvement, Promote worker participation in safety initiatives, incident reporting and continuous improvement
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and legal compliance evaluations, Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks and meet regulatory requirements
- Establish and maintain the OH&S policy, objectives, and procedures, Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and aligned with ISO 45001 standards
- Oversee training programs, awareness campaigns, and internal communications, Ensure all employees understand their roles and responsibilities within the OH&S system
- Integrate OH&S processes into daily operations (Clause 8), including contractor management and procurement controls, Monitor and evaluate performance through audits, inspections, and incident tracking
- Conduct internal audits, helps in management reviews, and performance reporting, Drive continual improvement initiatives based on findings and feedback (Clause 10)
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering or similar preferred
- ISO 45001 Auditor, Experience with ISO 45001 audits and certification processes
- Knowledge of system implementation of ISO 45001, as a plus either ISO 9001/14001
- Solid experience in integrating different systems of different locations into a global process
- Familiarity with digital tools for HSE data management and reporting
- Fluent English skills are mandatory, German advantageous
- Hands on person, willing to get things done, Cross-cultural communication skills for global coordination
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence change
