Im Rahmen dieser spannenden Funktion mit viel Verantwortung unterstützt Du unseren Bereichsleiter Logistik/Customization EMEA bei spannenden Analysen und übernimmst Verantwortung für regionale und lokale Projekte. Dabei bringst Du Deine Ideen aktiv ein und hilfst mit, unsere Prozesse ständig besser zu machen. Bei uns kannst Du etwas bewegen, und trägst direkt dazu bei, dass unsere Supply Chain jeden Tag ein Stück besser wird.

Was Du tun wirst
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams in Hinwil und am Standort Dresden zusammen und treibst gemeinsam mit ihnen die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Abläufe im Bereich Logistik/Customization EMEA voran.
  • Du leitest Projekte oder Teilprojekte – von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Du entwickelst Konzepte, Lösungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Kosten, Termine und Qualität immer im grünen Bereich bleiben.
  • Du erstellst Statusreports und führst die jeweiligen Projektcharts.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Belimo Supply Chain Strategie mit.
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst Schulungen, Verfahren und Handbücher und führst Trainings für neue Initiativen durch.
Wer Du bist
  • Eine technische, logistische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt Du mit einem Bachelor-oder Masterstudium, idealerweise in Supply-Chain Management, Logistik oder Prozessmanagement
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Projekterfahrung in interdisziplinären Teams im industriellen Umfeld haben Dich zu einer echten Schnittstellen-Expertin / einem Schnittstellen-Experten gemacht.
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen Industrie-, Handels- oder Logistikunternehmen ist ein Plus – Du fühlst Dich in globalen Strukturen wohl.
  • Prozessverbesserungsmethoden wie Six Sigma oder Lean sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern Werkzeuge, um Dinge besser zu machen.
  • Du bist sicher in MS Office und idealerweise auch erfahren mit SAP (SD, MM, PP, EWM, BW).
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du fließend – für die internationale Zusammenarbeit ein echter Vorteil.
  • Du bist bereit, bis zu 25% zu reisen, hauptsächlich in der Schweiz und Deutschland
  • Als unternehmerisch denkende, integrierende Persönlichkeit bist Du kommunikativ stark, begeisterst andere und bringst Fachkompetenz ein.
