Senior Scientist

Sie suchen eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung im Bereich der Sterilabfüllung und mögen selbständiges, genaues und vernetztes Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team? Wir haben dazu die ideale Stelle:

Sie arbeiten im Bereich Sterilfiltration, Filling Line II / V und Pastbad und unterstützen dort den Leiter der Abteilung und seine Bereichsleiter/innen. Sie erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet. Zudem bietet der Bereich auch immer wieder Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen:

  • Unterstützung bei operativen Aufgaben innerhalb vom Bereich
  • Leitung und Implementierung von operativen Projekten zur laufenden Verbesserung der Prozesse innerhalb vom Bereich
  • Unterstützung bei Abweichungsuntersuchungen und deren Aktionen im Qualitätsmanagementsystem
  • Erstellung oder Aktualisierung von Verfahren und Rezepten in der Anlagensteuerung
  • Unterstützen bei Audits und Behördeninspektionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern aus den Bereichen Maintenance, Automation, Quality und weiteren Schnittstellen

Sie bringen die folgenden Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich (FH/Universität)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Chemie-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie und im GMP-Umfeld
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe in der Bearbeitung von neuen Themen
  • Fähigkeit mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig anzugehen und in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Proaktive Persönlichkeit, die es versteht mit Unsicherheiten umzugehen, bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Vorschläge einbringt
  • Teamfähige Person, die klar und offenen kommuniziert und ihre Stakeholder aktiv einbindet
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
