We are transforming how clinical trial protocols are designed, written, and managed—enabling biopharma companies to develop truly digital, data-driven protocols for the future.We are now seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior Clinical Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and enhancing our AI-powered Protocol AI platform, helping us redefine protocol development and advance the next generation of clinical trial design.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and maintain AI/LLM models, prompts, pipelines, and vector-based searchEvaluate models, improve accuracy, and ensure outputs meet scientific and operational expectationsContribute to high-level architectural decisions and ensure optimal performance, speed, and cost efficiency across AI and backend systemsCollaborate closely with product, Dev Ops and engineering teams to deliver features with enterprise qualityParticipate in technical incident analysis and support root-cause investigations when neededEngage in technical discussions with enterprise clientsQualifications2 years of experience in LLM engineering or equivalent academic backgroundMaster’s degree (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Proficient coding skills in PythonStrong experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, Gen AI, and text-heavy AI workloadsBonus SkillsExperience with RAG or LLM-augmented workflowsFamiliarity with semantic modelling and structured content systemsStrong understanding of Saa S architecture and performance optimizationWhat We OfferA high-impact technical role building the core AI/architecture behind Protocol AIOpportunity to contribute to the future of an end-to-end digital study design and protocol development ecosystem
