We're Looking for You – Data Science Engineer

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable
    data architectures
    for mission-critical systems.
  • Build and maintain
    data pipelines
    , data lakes, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Establish
    data governance
    ,
    data quality
    , and
    MLOps
    standards.
  • Integrate
    machine learning models
    into production environments and monitor performance.
  • Evaluate and implement modern
    cloud technologies
    , collaborating with Data Scientists and Engineers.
  • Document data flows, system architecture, and processes clearly.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
  • Experience in
    data architectures
    ,
    data processing
    , scripting, and automation tools (e.g., CI/CD, Airflow, MLflow, Terraform).
  • Familiar with
    Kubernetes, Docker
    , and cloud platforms.
  • Independent, structured, and analytical.
  • Fluent in
    German
    (B1+);
    French
    is a plus.
  • Military experience is a plus.

Must have:

EU/CH citizenship
or valid residence in Switzerland for at least
5 years
.
