As Neomir continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Data Scientist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is more than just a regular data science job - it's a chance to lead research-oriented projects that will significantly enhance Neomir's core technology.You will contribute significantly to the following projects:Our pattern detection engine, a feature that we plan to launch in Q3/2025Our LLM-based DQ Assistant engine, a feature we have launched in Q4/2024 and are continuously improving onAny other projects in our product pipelineYour contribution will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our product.RequirementsEducation*University degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fieldsORcomparable professional experienceORcomparable auto-didactic experience (project portfolio required)Must-HaveProficiency in Python, RorWeb AssemblyA solid understanding of mathematical and statistical conceptsA positive, problem-solving attitude, capable of proposing innovative solutions and thinking outside the boxA proactive approach, taking initiative and ownership of projects and tasksPassion for working in a startup environment, valuing innovation, agility, and a hands-on approachExcellent communication skills in EnglishorGerman, both verbal and writtenNice-to-HaveExperience with relational databases, particularly Postgre SQLExperience with prompt engineering approaches such as RAGFamiliarity with Node.js and React.js*Neomir has a clear "no-degree-required-policy".
