Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on and data-driven
Senior SEO Manager
to take over full ownership of one of our key crypto sites in the
DACH region
. Your primary focus will be
on-page SEO
: content strategy, structure, internal linking and optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of content SEO, and is
motivated to take a site from underperforming to dominating the SERPs
.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-page SEO strategy and performance of a key crypto site
• Conduct full site audits and optimize structure, categories, tags, internal links and page layout
• Build and manage a high-performing content pipeline (briefings, optimizations, updates, etc.)
• Use tools like Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog to guide decisions and measure performance
• Coordinate with in-house writers, editors and designers to push high-quality, conversion-oriented content
• Identify ranking opportunities (transactional + informational) and push content updates regularly
• Track performance, share insights and own the KPIs (rankings, clicks, conversions)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in on-page SEO, ideally in a content-driven or affiliate environment
• Strong understanding of AEO – structuring content for rich results, featured snippets, and semantic search
• Native-level German and experience optimizing German-language content
• A self-starter who takes ownership, drives projects independently, and works closely with content, tech, and performance teams
• Comfortable using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SurferSEO, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions
