Du möchtest die Sichtbarkeit eines wachsenden Entertainment Unternehmens mit Deinem Können und Deiner Kreativität in Content Strategien und Optimierung unserer Search und App Store Präsenz steigern? Als Content & SEO Manager übernimmst Du Verantwortung für unseren Content-Auftritt über Website, Social Media und App Stores hinweg. Du entwickelst unsere Content- und SEO/GEO-Strategie kontinuierlich weiter, gestaltest Inhalte, die unsere User begeistern, und treibst unser Wachstum durch datenbasierte Optimierung voran. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Marketing, Product, Tech, Design und externen Partnern zusammen – in einem Umfeld, in dem Deine Ideen zählen, Experimente erwünscht sind und Entwicklung gross geschrieben wird.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du entwickelst und pflegst unsere Content- und SEO-Strategie und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein.
  • Du erstellst, optimierst und veröffentlichst Content (Texte, Assets, Kampagnenmaterial) für Website und App Stores, immer mit Fokus auf User Value & Storytelling.
  • Du planst und managst Inhalte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit TV-Channel-Partnern
    (z. B. Trailer, Porträts) sowie mit internen Stakeholdern.
  • Du verantwortest die Content-Pflege und lieferst Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung der Marketing-Website inkl. Roadmap, Anforderungen und CMS-Steuerung.
  • Du treibst unsere SEO/GEO-Maßnahmen voran: On-page Optimierung, Keyword-Research, Content-Anforderungen, Monitoring & Reporting von Rankings und Performance.
  • Du nutzt moderne SEO- und Analytics-Tools, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und Maßnahmen zu priorisieren.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für App Store Optimization (ASO): Metadaten, App Assets, Release Notes, Ratings & Reviews sowie die Koordination von Store Featurings.
  • Du analysierst kontinuierlich Content-, SEO- und ASO-KPIs, leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und initiierst neue Projekte zur Reichweitensteigerung mit Blick auf unsere DACH-Märkte.
  • Entwickelst das Tätigkeitsfeld kontinuierlich weiter, insbesondere durch den Einsatz von KI-Methoden in Content, SEO und ASO.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Content Marketing und SEO/GEO, idealerweise mit Einblick in ASO.
  • Starke redaktionelle Fähigkeiten: präzise, lebendig, überzeugend.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SEO (Onpage, Content-Optimierung, Performance-Monitoring) und Erfahrung mit relevanten Tools.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CMS-Systemen, Analyse-Tools und idealerweise App Store Management.
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu managen.
  • Begeisterung für digitale Trends, Entertainment/TV-Themen und ein gutes Gespür für Markenkommunikation.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute bis sehr gute Französisch-Kenntnisse.
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen nach Berlin zur Abstimmung mit dem Team.
