Lösungen gestalten: Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Fachpersonen und internen wie externen IT-Partnern. Dabei sorgen Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit der Departements-IT dafür, dass unsere Fachapplikationen und Schnittstellen weiterentwickelt und optimal genutzt werden.
Abläufe optimieren: Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für IT-Anliegen im Grundbuch- und Vermessungsamt. Ihr Ziel ist es, die internen und externen Geschäftsprozesse mit modernen, digitalen Technologien wirtschaftlich und effizient zu gestalten.
Fachbereiche unterstützen: Sie bringen die Anforderungen des Amtes im Informatikausschuss des Departements ein und unterstützt insbesondere die Fachbereiche Grundbuch, Kantonsvermessung und Grundstücksbewertung bei IT-Projekten.
Selber in die Tasten greifen: Bei entsprechendem Know-How können Sie Schnittstellen, SQL-Auswertungen, Automatisierungen oder Web-Formulare auch selber weiterentwickeln und so direkt zur Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe beitragen.
Ihr ProfilErfahrung: Sie haben bereits IT-Lösungen mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen und Ansprechpartnern konzipiert und eingeführt. Ergänzend dazu haben Sie Erfahrungen in dienstleistungsorientierter Business-Analyse, Prozess-Engineering und Projektmanagement.
Persönlichkeit: Sie denken unternehmerisch und haben ein gutes Gespür für machbare, nutzenbringende Lösungen. Sie arbeiten gerne in interdisziplinären Teams und verfügen über eine starke Dienstleistungsorientierung.
Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor oder höher) in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik oder weisen eine vergleichbare Ausbildung aus.
