We are looking for a SCM OPEX Specialist (m/f/d) that is motivated to significantly contribute to Supply Chain Projects and Process Improvements based at our global headquarter in Baden, Switzerland. You will be part of the business unit Supply & Value Chain Excellence.

Your responsibilities:

  • Project Management of OPEX Projects
  • Elaborate and develop Supply Chain Processes and Improvements in collaboration with the teams based in Switzerland and in global Hubs
  • Development and maintenance of Supply Chain Management Dashboards
  • Lead and drive improvement initiatives and projects within Supply Chain Management and related areas, applying a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Champion and facilitate behavioral change and innovative solutions to foster ongoing performance improvement
  • Selects and applies the most suitable Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to design and deliver training programs, as well as knowledge management systems, tailored to the specific needs of the organization
  • Mentors and coaches teams to achieve operational excellence and drive business results
  • Support and collaborate to Source-to-Pay process
  • Exemplify a safety-first mindset and ensure that the Accelleron way HSE policies and standards are applied, and that the location is a model of world class healthy and safe working environment

Your background:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant Engineering, Supply Chain or Business discipline with an understanding of Supply Chain processes
  • At least 3 years' experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Possesses experience in managing a diverse range of improvement projects within the field of project management
  • L6s green or black belt is an advantage
  • Solution oriented, autonomous, pragmatic and proactive working style. A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn
  • Fluency in English and good German knowledge
