En tant que téléphoniste, vos tâches sont les suivantes :

  • Répondre au téléphone
  • Ecouter et d'analyser les demandes des clients et des autres départements
  • Répondre aux e-mails
  • Savoir tenir une réception

Profil recherché :

  • CFC employé de commerce
  • Expérience confirmée dans un même poste
  • Maîtrise des outils Excel et Word
  • Personne organisée
  • Vous êtes autonome tout en aimant travailler en équipe
  • Tournus sur le travail du samedi
  • Horaire du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 19h et nocturne selon les horaires des magasins

Connaissances linguistiques obligatoires orales et écrites :

  • Français
  • Suisse-Allemand
  • Anglais
