Credit Officer - Immobilien ExperteCredit Risk

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Prüfung und Erstellung von Standard- und komplexen Immobiliengutachten (DCF, DDP, Immobilienförderung) in der ganzen Schweiz, nach den Bankenrichtlinien und den externen Richtlinien (SVS) dem Markt anlehnend.
  • Evidenzanalysen, die dem Kreditausschuss der Bank Entscheidungsfindung und Empfehlungen ermöglichen
  • Verwaltung und Kontrolle der Baukredite mit Baustellenbesichtigung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Spezialisten (Relationship Manager/Front, Credit Center, externe Experten, Entscheidungsgremien in Frankreich)
  • Interpretation von Bundesstatistiken zum Immobilienmarkt
Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine höhere Ausbildung in Wirtschaft oder Architektur (Universität, Fachhochschulen, FH, ETH) sowie über ein IEI- oder eidgenössische Berufsprüfung, MAS oder CAS in Immobilienkompetenz und eine mindestens zehnjährige Berufserfahrung im Kreditwesen (Bank oder Versicherung). Sie sind unerlässlich, autonom und flexibel. Dazu können Sie unabhängig Entscheidungen treffen. Unternehmergeist ist gefragt, ebenso wie die Fähigkeit, Ihre Aufgaben strukturiert durchzuführen, auch wenn sie unter Druck stehen. Für diese Funktion ist es wichtig, mobil zu sein und ein persönliches Fahrzeug zu besitzen. Deutsch oder Französisch als Muttersprache ist erforderlich, mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache. Eine ausgezeichnete Englischbeherrschung ist ein zusätzlicher Vorteil.
