Votre MissionContrôle et réalisation d'expertises immobilières standards et complexes (DCF, DDP, promotions immobilières) dans toute la Suisse, conformes aux directives tant bancaires qu'externes (SVS) et en adéquation avec le marché.Analyses factuelles permettant la prise de décision et des recommandations au Comité de Crédit de la BanqueGestion et contrôle des crédits de construction avec visite des chantiersCollaboration étroite avec les spécialistes internes, les instances externes (Relationship Manager/Front, Credit Center, experts externes, instances décisionnelles en France)Interprétation de statistiques fédérales en lien avec le marché de l'immobilierVotre ProfilVous avez une formation supérieure en économie ou architecture (Université, HES, ETS, EPF) ainsi qu'un diplôme IEI ou un Brevet Fédéral, MAS ou CAS en expertise immobilière, ainsi qu'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 10 ans dans le domaine des crédits (banque ou assurance). Il est impératif d'être autonome et flexible, capable de prendre des décisions de manière indépendante. L'esprit entrepreneurial est requis ainsi que la capacité de mener vos tâches de manière structurée, même sous pression. Il est important, pour cette fonction, d'être mobile et d'avoir un véhicule personnel. La maîtrise de l'allemand ou du français en tant que langue maternelle est requise, avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue.
