Chief Marketing Officer

We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead Debifi's marketing function end-to-end, from
strategy and positioning to hands-on execution and continuous optimization.

This is a pivotal role for a strategic yet creative marketer who thrives in fast-paced,
mission-driven environments and wants to build the marketing engine of a Bitcoin-native
company from the ground up.

As the marketing lead, you'll own both product marketing and brand marketing, shaping how
Debifi communicates its value to the world and ensuring our message resonates across
audiences, from individual Bitcoin holders to institutional partners.

You'll define our voice, drive demand, and translate complex technology into powerful stories that inspire trust and adoption.

Responsibilities

● Strategic Leadership: Define and articulate a visionary, long-term marketing strategy
aligned with Debifi's business goals, revenue targets, and growth ambitions.

● Market Positioning: Develop and oversee brand strategy and positioning to ensure
consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints (B2B and B2C).

● Customer Insights: Lead the collection and analysis of customer data, market trends,
and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market

● Demand Generation: Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels —
SEO/SEM, content marketing, paid media (PPC, social), and email — to generate
high-quality leads and conversions.

● Brand & Communications: Manage PR, media relations, and corporate
communications to enhance visibility and brand reputation. Oversee the development of
marketing collateral and the web experience.

● Product Marketing: Partner with Product and Sales teams to craft compelling product
narratives, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market plans for new launches.

● Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and
measurable ROI across campaigns and initiatives.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a vital link between Marketing, Sales, Product,
and Engineering, ensuring cohesive planning and customer experience throughout the
funnel.

About you:

● 5+ years of experience in full-stack marketing.

● Experience in fintech or traditional financial institutions.

● Proven ability to craft and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive growth.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and analytics.

● Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

● Passion for Bitcoin, financial sovereignty, and decentralized technologies.

● Knowledge of a language other than English is a plus.
