Als Technical Project Lead übernehmen Sie die technische Verantwortung für die gesamte M&E-Infrastruktur (Energieversorgung, Klimatisierung, Sicherheits- und Brandschutzsysteme sowie Gebäudeleittechnik) an den verschiedenen Standorten in Basel, Bern, dem Wallis und der Romandie. Sie stellen die kontinuierliche Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung und Integration neuer Technologien in diesen Bereichen sicher und tragen massgeblich zur Stabilität, Effizienz und Energieoptimierung bei.

Aufgaben
  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Neu-, Um- und Rückbauprojekten in der M&E-Infrastruktur
  • Verantwortlich für das Kapazitätsmanagement der M&E-Systeme
  • Steuerung externer Spezialisten inklusive Angebotsprüfung, Auftragserteilung, Rechnungsprüfung und Nachkalkulation
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Optimierung von Performance, Stabilität, Energieeffizienz und Betriebskosten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Lifecycle- und Budgetplanung für Infrastrukturkomponenten
  • Technische Unterstützung für interne Organisationseinheiten und Schnittstellen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung EFZ im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Weiterführende technische Ausbildung (FH/HF) oder ähnliche Qualifikation, z. B. Elektroprojektleiter, Projektleiter Gebäudeautomation
  • Berufserfahrung im ICT-Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)
  • Bereitschaft zu 60–80% Aussendienst
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch, Englisch und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
