Responsibilities
- Independently lead electronics development from concept phase to certified product
- Coordinate and manage sub-projects within multidisciplinary development initiatives
- Develop electronic concepts and designs (analogue/digital and embedded systems)
- Plan and execute verification and validation activities
- Represent the electronics discipline in cross-functional teams (mechanics, software, sensors, architecture, production)
- Collaborate closely with adjacent departments and external partners
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Embedded Systems
- 5-8 years of experience in electronics development (analogue/digital design)
- 3-4 years of experience in sub-project leadership or technical coordination
- 1-2 years of experience in firmware programming
- Strong interdisciplinary thinking and understanding of mechatronic systems
- Fluent in German and English (conversational level)
