Als Teamlead CDE übernimmst du bei Swisscom Broadcast die volle geschäftliche, personelle und finanzielle Verantwortung für ein wachsendes Business-Segment im Bereich CDN & Edge Security.Du führst dein Team mit einer klaren Vision. Mit deinem tiefen Verständnis für Technologie, Security-Lösungen und Kundenbedürfnisse agierst du auch aktiv im Sales. Von der Akquise über Verhandlungen bis zum Abschluss. So trägst du direkt zum Geschäftserfolg bei.

  • Führung, Entwicklung und Befähigung deines Teams

  • Verantwortung des Business Development und den Vertrieb im Bereich Content Delivery Network & Edge Security

  • Steuerung von Wachstum, Profitabilität und Qualität mit voller P&L-Verantwortung

  • Gestaltung und Optimierung der Sales-, Marketing- und Performanceprozesse mit klarem Fokus auf ROI, Kundennutzen

  • Positionierung von Swisscom Broadcast als starken Anbieter im CDN Edge Security Markt in der Schweiz

Deine Skills:

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit direkter Personal-, Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung

  • Fundiertes Know-how im Bereich CDN & Edge Security, inklusive Verständnis der Security Technologielandschaft und Managed Service Dienstleistungen

  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Solution Sales in Cyber Security oder Cloud-Infrastruktur-Umfeld für das Corporate und Umsatzsegment

  • Strategische und operative Stärke im Aufbau und in der Skalierung von Business Units, inkl. Pricing, Forecasting und Go-to-Market

  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des Cyber Security Marktes, mit besonderer Erfahrung im Partner- und Distributions-Channel

  • Kompetenz im Aufbau von belastbaren Kunden- und Vendor-Netzwerken, welche zur Erreichung definierter Wachstums- und Umsatzziele beitragen

  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und selbstsicheres Kommunizieren, insbesondere mit Führungspersönlichkeiten

  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch. Jede weitere Landessprache ist Plus
