Job Description
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of RIVR, owning our public persona across all social media focused on a public, consumer audience. Your work will be crucial in building a community around our brand and shaping how people on the street perceive our robots and mission. You will be responsible for day-to-day content creation, community engagement, and managing our social media channels to tell our story in an authentic and compelling way. We are looking for a hands-on, creative specialist who is passionate about connecting with people and bringing our brand to life online. What you'll be doing
  • Manage all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X), including day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and posting.
  • Develop and execute a social media calendar that aligns with our marketing and brand goals.
  • Oversee community engagement, responding to comments and messages to build a positive and active online community.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos to create engaging content that highlights our robots and our company culture.
  • Monitor social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure social media efforts are aligned with the broader marketing strategy and brand identity.
What you must have
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a consumer brand.
  • A track record of building and engaging an online community.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a knack for brand-aligned copywriting.
  • Experience with photo and video editing tools for social media content.
  • A creative, self-starting, and hands-on mindset.

  • Exposure to the robotics or tech industry.
