Job Description
As our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll own the full marketing mix to drive qualified pipeline, partner adoption, and market traction for RIVR. You'll plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels, tighten product-market messaging, and build the necessary operating rhythm (tools, processes, metrics). This is a hands-on role with clear commercial targets and the mandate to build the function over time. What you'll be doing
- Own and execute the marketing calendar, including content launches, social media collaboration, press releases, and key industry events.
- Lead the development of our content operating model, defining what, when, and why we create content to achieve our strategic goals.
- Manage and update our website, collaborating with freelancers to implement design and technical changes.
- Own positioning, messaging, and launch playbooks per product vertical. Create sales collateral, one-pagers, decks, FAQs.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring RIVR's mission and values are consistently reflected across all platforms and communications.
- Develop and execute launch campaigns for new products and market deployments.
- Drive communications with partners and customers through email updates and other channels.
- Build a long-term marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and lays the groundwork for future team growth.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in brand management, content, and events.
- Proven experience in consumer-facing marketing, ideally in a tech, hardware, or robotics company.
- A track record of managing a full marketing lifecycle, from planning and strategy to execution and analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with a global audience.
- Experience with launch campaigns for a new product or market entry.
- Experience with website management, including working with freelance web developers.
- An entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
- The ability to build and lead a team in the long term.
- Familiarity with PR and media relations.
- Exposure to the robotics or autonomous vehicle industry.
- Experience with managing a marketing budget and measuring ROI.
