Aufgaben

Als Head of Operations & Strategy übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle im Unternehmen und trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für das operative Geschäft. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern entwickelst du das Unternehmen strategisch weiter. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Operative Führung: Du steuerst und optimierst das gesamte Tagesgeschäft, von der Warenannahme über die Werkstattkoordination bis hin zum Verkauf, und stellst effiziente, skalierbare Prozesse sicher.
  • Teamführung und -entwicklung: Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des operativen Teams und förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und des Engagements.
  • Performance Management: Du definierst und überwachst relevante KPIs, um den operativen Erfolg zu messen und datengestützte Entscheidungen zur Leistungssteigerung zu treffen.
  • Ressourcenplanung: Du bist für die Budgetierung und die effiziente Allokation von Ressourcen im operativen Bereich verantwortlich.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige, nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in einer operativen Management-Rolle, idealerweise in einem Start-up, Scale-up oder einem dynamischen KMU.
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte unternehmerische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, strategische Visionen in konkrete, operative Massnahmen zu übersetzen.
  • Du bist eine analytische und prozessorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem starken Track Record in der Skalierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
  • Du begeisterst dich für Nachhaltigkeit und innovative Geschäftsmodelle und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in den Bereichen E-Mobilität, Cleantech oder Kreislaufwirtschaft.
  • Als inspirierende Führungskraft verstehst du es, ein Team zu motivieren, zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln.
