COMMIS DE CUISINE

Titulaire d´un dipôme de cuisine, dynamique, assidu(e) et flexible, vous vous passionnez pour votre métier et vous distinguez par votre esprit d´équipe.

Vous êtes flexible, polyvalent et ouvert à tout type de cuisine (gastronomie libanaise, banquets-traiteur, room-service).

Profil demandé pour ce poste:

  • Au bénéfice d'un CAP/BEP ou apprentissage de cuisine ainsi que d'une expérience réussie à un poste similaire dans un établissement 5*
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par votre métier
  • Vous êtes de nationalité Suisse ou citoyen(ne) de l'UE ou au bénéfice d'une autorisation de travail valide (livret B ou C)

L'hôtel Président *****, membre de la chaîne Marriott - the Luxury Collection, s'ouvre sur le panorama grandiose de la rade de Genève et du Mont-Blanc. Situé à proximité du centre-ville, il offre un décor d'une exceptionnelle beauté et cultive l'art de l'élégance.

L'hôtel dispose de 204 chambres et 22 suites.

Conseiller Culinaire et Chef Exécutif, Michel Roth, l'un des chefs les plus récompensés en France (notamment Prix Taittinger en 1985, Bocuse d'Or et Meilleur Ouvrier de France en 1991) dirige, depuis le 1er septembre 2012, les cuisines de l'établissement avec 7 points de vente restauration.

L'Hôtel propose un restaurant gastronomique le"Bayview", étoilé au guide Michelin et dirigé par le Chef Danny Khezzar (finaliste de l'émission Top Chef 2023), un restaurant libanais "Arabesque", dirigé par le Chef Michel Daher, et un restaurant saisonnier "Rive Droite" situé sur la terrasse face au lac.

L'hôtel Président offre également à ses hôtes, un restaurant pour le service des petits déjeuners "Glowing", un bar lounge "Glow", un bar chic et feutré "Salon Oriental", un service traiteur ainsi que 12 salles de conférences et banquets modulables, offrant une capacité d'accueil allant jusqu'à 1000 convives.
