Commis de Cuisine
Le/La
Commis de Cuisine
est responsable d'assister le Demi-Chef de Partie dans la production de mets à la station qui lui a été désigné par son supérieur hiérarchique. Il/Elle doit maintenir les standards de qualité, du service, et des produits.

Vos Missions

  • Participer à l'élaboration et à la présentation des préparations culinaires en collaboration avec le Demi-Chef de partie
  • Assister le Demi-Chef de Partie dans le contrôle des livraisons de marchandises, la qualité, la fraîcheur et la quantité
  • Effectuer la mise en place et le nettoyage du matériel de sa partie
  • Veiller à la propreté des espaces de travail et de stockage dans le respect des normes HACCP

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Diplôme CAP Cuisine a minima
  • Rigueur et organisation
  • Excellent relationnel et esprit d'équipe
  • Dynamisme et créativité
  • Français et anglais courant.
