Role Description

This is a contract-based Legal Manager role located in Geneva with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with the flexibility of working from home. The Legal Manager will oversee legal compliance and manage a broad range of legal affairs. Duties include drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing expert legal advice and consultation, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. The role also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to address legal matters effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, Legal Compliance, and Legal Affairs
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
  • Exceptional understanding of regulatory frameworks and their applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience working in a corporate or international legal environment is an advantage
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification; admission to the bar is preferred
