Within Advisory / Deals, you will advise clients on strategic matters related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will support clients in navigating complex transactions, assessing market opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize business value. In this Director role, you will play a key part in shaping the direction of engagements, driving business growth, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Aufgaben

  • Lead and manage projects in the area of Deal Strategy with a focus on M&A, divestitures, and restructuring

  • Analyze market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide client decisions

  • Identify risks and opportunities in transaction contexts and develop measures to optimize value

  • Design and implement strategies that support clients in making informed and complex business decisions

  • Promote innovation and thought leadership by developing new ideas, structures, and solutions

  • Lead by example, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism

  • Create and maintain a healthy and collaborative working environment that values inclusion and development

  • Coach and mentor team members while actively collaborating across the international network

Qualifikation

  • Extensive leadership experience in M&A, deal strategy, restructuring, or comparable advisory functions

  • Proven ability to design and implement strategic frameworks and business-driven solutions

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to approach complex issues from multiple perspectives and develop sustainable solutions

  • Track record in leading teams, developing talent, and building positive work environments

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is an advantage depending on the client base)

  • Confident in engaging with senior management and C-level executives
