Key Account Project Manager (a)
Your Tasks

  • Provide best in class Customer Service to aircraft Owners, Operators, CAMOs, and Pilatus Authorized Service Centers
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships to promote trust and long-term engagement.
  • Work closely with CAMOs and aircraft Operators/Owners to oversee dedicated aircraft retrofit campaigns and modification programs and manage commercial aspects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the AOG Coordinator, Technical Support, Warranty and Spares Team, to ensure smooth operations
  • Act as point of escalation related to in-service issues including commercial aspects
  • Conduct occasional on-site visits to Customers, Service Centers and CAMO organizations

With this you convince us

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering is advantageous
  • Broad aerospace background is required, preferably with experience across technical, commercial and customer support domains
  • Demonstrated experience in a CAMO environment, ideally with business jets or similar aircraft is considered an asset
  • Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
  • Fluent English, German and French language skills are required,
  • Proven ability to collaborate and lead effectively under pressure, fostering teamwork in dynamic environments
  • A Team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development, based in Stans, occasional travel required and need to be flexible with working hours
