Your Tasks
- Financial sparring partner of the Director of Customer Support Business Aviation
- Monitor and interpret cost structures, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs) of Aftermarket products and services (Parts, CrystalCare Program, Digital Aircraft)
- Report on global operational performance, including incentive and warranty programs
- Provide financial analysis and insights to optimize profitability and to support pricing decisions, business cases for new projects and strategic initiatives
- Oversee pricing corrections and ensure compliance with internal pricing policies
- Contribute to the development of reliability metrics such as MTBUR (Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removals) and support material planning and forecasting with data-driven insights
With this you convince us
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience in business/logistics/maintenance support or material and/or financial planning
- Professional experience in cost analysis and/or controlling in engineering/production/maintenance environment
- Excellent MS Office, presentation and communication skills, as well as strong dealing with ICT tools, ideally with SAP
- Programming skills are advantageous
- Fluent in English and German
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and willingness to get to the bottom of topics in detail, can-do personality and willingness to learn
